Because we work with trusted production and fulfillment partners, processing times, shipping rates, and delivery estimates may vary depending on the product, size, destination, and fulfillment location.

Shipping Policy

Processing & Production

Most items are made to order and require production time before shipment. Estimated processing and delivery information is provided at checkout whenever available.

During holidays, sales, launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, production may take a little longer than normal.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:

• Product type
• Package size and weight
• Shipping destination
• Fulfillment location
• Selected shipping method

If your order contains multiple types of products, your items may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment partners or locations. This means your order may arrive in more than one package and on different days.

Separate shipping charges may also apply when products are fulfilled by different providers.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation after your order has been fulfilled.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.

Multiple Packages

Don't worry if everything doesn't arrive together. Orders containing multiple products may be divided into separate shipments.

You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances.

We are happy to help you review available tracking information, but we cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or fulfillment.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require an additional shipping charge to be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check around your property and delivery location.
2. Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
3. Allow a short period of time in case the carrier marked the package delivered before completing delivery.
4. Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.

Please contact us if you still need assistance. We will help however we reasonably can, although we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Selecting the wrong color, finish, or product variation
• Accidental orders
• Preference changes after production has begun

Please carefully review product descriptions, size information, photos, and available options before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We absolutely want to make things right if there is a problem with your order.

If your item arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Misprinted
• Incorrect
• Significantly different from what you ordered

please contact us at hello@shopthemayhem.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging when relevant

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Returns Without Prior Approval

Please do not mail products back without contacting us first.

Because our items may be fulfilled by different production partners, the return address shown on your package may not be the correct location for returns.

Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for reimbursement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed.

If you need to cancel or make a change, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help, but once production has begun, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Personalized or Custom Products

Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are generally considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.

Please double-check all customization details before submitting your order.

Color & Product Variations

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor, device settings, printing process, product material, or finish.

Minor differences in print placement may also occur between different product sizes and device models. These normal production variations are not considered defects.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once a refund has been processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
