Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received.

Current production time is approximately 7–10 business days from the date of purchase until your order ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days depending on USPS transit times.

Tracking information is automatically sent via email with every order and can also be viewed through your order status page on our website.

If you experience an issue with shipping or delivery after your order has been marked as shipped by Dust & Mayhem, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist by contacting USPS on your behalf. If we are unable to obtain updated information, you may need to contact your local USPS directly regarding the status of your package.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with filing a claim through USPS. If needed, we will also help guide you through the claims process.

Please keep in mind that once your package has been accepted and scanned by USPS, delivery timelines and transit delays are unfortunately outside of our control. While we will always do our best to help with shipping-related concerns, weather delays and carrier disruptions can occasionally occur.
